What is labor leasing?

In the case of labor leasing, applicants are employed by Goodworx in an employment relationship subject to social security contributions and, at the beginning, work temporarily as a new employee “as part of temporary employment” at our client companies.

Goodworx has decided to work only with client companies whose goal is to employ long-term new employees and to take on permanent employment after the trial period.

More than 70% of all assignments were taken over by our customers.
